Every year, we provide professional health checks for all Avantgarde Tiling staff and offer the same opportunity to the operatives who work with us on-site. Participation is voluntary. Some operatives choose to manage their health checks independently, which we fully respect. What matters is that the option is available to everyone. We believe that every person on site should have access to support that protects their health and promotes their wellbeing.
