Hi , I’m Iveta.

Iveta Smith

In my job as an Estimator, I benefit from a strong background in architectural design. With years of experience in analysing and understanding complex designs, I bring a unique blend of technical and design knowledge to every project. Having previously worked as a CAD Designer, I have developed a deep understanding of design intricacies, ensuring every detail is considered in the estimation process. On top of my own analysing of individual tenders, I regularly communicate with our technical team, clients, site managers, quantity surveyor, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals and provide accurate and competitive cost estimations. Working closely with the procurement team I also focus on sourcing and recommending most suitable alternative materials that meet both budget and quality standards.

Outside of work, my passion for quality design and materials continues to thrive. With a deep interest in both the history and contemporary aspects of architecture, I enjoy traveling to explore the architecture of different countries and cities. The experience of visiting buildings, observing how they make people feel and how they shape human behaviour, is a constant source of inspiration. I also enjoy art, and I frequently visit galleries, drawing connections between art and architectural design. As a nature lover, I find happiness in mountain hiking, and I cherish a quality time spent camping with family and friends.
Educationally, I gained a strong analytical foundation with a focus on math and physics at grammar school Gymnazium Senica in Slovakia. In 2017 I pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Architecture at the University of Essex, where a deep appreciation for both design and functionality was developed. This academic background, combined with years of industry experience, has shaped me into a professional dedicated to delivering high quality, successful outcomes for every project.
